We are a coach led group based training facility based in Celbridge Co Kildare specialising in strength and conditioning . We opened in 2021 with the aim of helping you become the best version of yourself.
What is Hybrid?
Hybrid training is a versatile method that blends different types of exercises to enhance overall physical health and performance. Incorporating components from various areas like strength training, conditioning and functional movements, our programs are designed to meet a wide array of fitness objectives and personal needs.

Tom
With a strong background in professional football, Tom seamlessly transitioned into coaching, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the fitness world. In 2021, he founded Hybrid and now leads the programming within the facility. With over a decade of expertise in the fitness industry, you can trust that you're in great hands when Tom is at the helm.
